About Lustau Pedro Ximénez Murillo Centenario

From a meticulous selection of the best vintages is born Pedro Ximénez, a sweet and velvety wine to commemorate the centenary of the founding of the Lustau Bodegas in 1896.

There is only one bottling each year, which gives this wine a unique character. The traditional character of this excellent dessert wine comes from its aging in the semi-darkness of the Bodega Murillo, to which it owes its name.
A wine with more than 400 grams of residual sugar per litre. A dessert itself! It also works as a perfect accompaniment to blue cheese.

Entry onto the palate is vigorous and powerful, yet pleasant, velvety, fresh and balanced.



Dark amber, deep, dense and bright. Very viscous.



This wine presents a very varied nose. Aromas of ripe fruit. Chocolate, honey, vanilla and balsamic, it has a cooling presence.
