Viña Muriel Reserva Blanco 2015 is a white wine that astounds with its elegance and character. On the nose, it reveals a harmonious blend of citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit, combined with delicate notes of white flowers. Furthermore, nuances of fine spices and subtle toasty undertones, a result of its aging in wood, contribute a unique aromatic complexity and richness. On the palate, it is fresh, with a smoothness that envelops the taste buds, offering a well-balanced body and a lingering finish.

About Viña Muriel Reserva Blanco

Variety is the secret of success. Or so it seems at Muriel Wine, a wine company which was founded in 1926 in Elciego, Álava (Spain) and that today includes 6 different wineries with a global, varied presence. A combination of tradition and modernity the Murúa family has been able to transmit all over the world and which has made them true ambassadors, mainly for the brand D.O.Ca. Rioja.

Viña Muriel Reserva Blanco is a single varietal wine made from the Viura grape variety. The grapes come from 30-year-old vines planted on chalky clay soils, poor in organic matter. In the winery, the selected, destemmed grapes are gently pressed and the must obtained is fermented for 20 days in fine-grained French oak barrels. The wine is then aged in barrels for 8 months and a minimum of 18 months in the bottle.

Once on the market, the Viña Muriel Reserva Blanco white wine is a classic with its own style. A faithful gastronomic companion which provides juiciness and unctuousness at the same time.
