Ars Collecta Grand Rosé 2022 is a cava that bursts with salmon-pink hues, enhanced by a fine and elegant bubble, forming a delicate crown in the glass. As it approaches the nose, seductive notes of raspberry, blackberry, and strawberry are awakened, accompanied by a subtle citrus touch that imparts an appealing freshness. About Ars Collecta Grand Rosé

Ars Collecta Grand Rosé is part of the trilogy of Brut Gran Reserva cavas that Codorníu has launched onto the market. This Limited Edition predominantly features the Pinot Noir variety.

The Ars Collecta by Codorníu collection was created with the aim of showcasing the expertise and knowledge of a region that has been cultivated for over 500 years. Together with its winemaker Bruno Colomer, the parcels were selected where the vine can achieve its maximum expression and yield the finest results.

Ars Collecta Grand Rosé is the result of the Pinot Noir and Trepat varieties grown in a continental climate, and a Xarel·lo from a Mediterranean climate. These are three emblematic varieties of the DO Cava that begin harvesting at the start of August during the coolest hours of the night to avoid potential oxidation and fermentation during grape transport.

The harvest of Ars Collecta Grand Rosé, once inside the winery, has its must extracted through gentle pressing in a pneumatic press and is fermented in small batches at 17ºC. After this initial fermentation, a second fermentation takes place in the depths of the cellar for between 15 and 20 months. Once ready, the sediments deposited during this time are removed through riddling and disgorging the bottle. Afterwards, expedition liqueur is added and sealed with a cork stopper.

Ars Collecta Grand Rosé is a clean Brut Gran Reserva with a fine and persistent bubble where the elegant notes provided by the Pinot Noir variety can be perceived, along with the creaminess of a cava that has undergone extended ageing.

Ars Collecta Grand Rosé 2019 is a dry sparkling wine (with less than 12 g/L of residual sugar). Olfactorily, it is robust, exuding rich scents of raspberry, blackberry, and strawberry. Citrus undertones emerge, lending a vivifying freshness. On the palate, it is harmonious and velvety, embellished with hints of red berries.

Ars Collecta Grand Rosé 2017 is a dry sparkling wine (with less than 12 g/L of residual sugar). On the nose, it is aromatic and fruit-forward, exuding scents of strawberries, peach, licorice, and grapefruit. The palate reveals a medium to full body, zesty acidity, and a fruit-laden profile. The effervescence is characterized by medium-sized bubbles.
2015 On the nose Ars Collecta Grand Rosé 2015 has aromas of white flowers and red fruit that are so characteristic of the Pinot Noir variety; some aromas that are repeated on the palate, revealing body, creaminess and a lingering mouthfeel.
